We grow five acres of grapes - Marquette, Petite Pearl, Traminette, Sheridan and Concord.
Each vine is planted and pruned by hand.
These cold-hardy varietals survive to as low as -30°F and produce distinctive fruit-forward flavors.
As we further develop our vineyard, using sustainable growing practices,
