Hit the Trail! Get a Taste of Fine Red Wine from the Central New York Region

Visit the Cooperstown Beverage Trail and experience world-class brews, wines and ciders set within the natural beauty of Otsego County. Once known as the hops-growing capital of North America, the Cooperstown Beverage Trail carries on the rich craft beverage tradition of the Cooperstown area. What began as New York State’s first official cuisine trail was originally composed of four establishments - Bear Pond Winery, Cooperstown Brewing Company, Brewery Ommegang and the Fly Creek Cider Mill.

Over the years, the Trail has changed and grown to include Rustic Ridge Winery and Pail Shop Vineyards. The brews, wines and ciders that you’ll taste along the 29-mile trail are shining examples of the resurgence of our region’s vibrant craft beverage industry. Here at Pail Shop Vineyards, we’re proud to be on the Cooperstown Beverage Trail, serving white and red wine along with white and red sangria. We invite you to enjoy your time with us at our vineyard! So hit the trail, to enjoy tasting some of the best wine options at some of the very best wineries on the East Coast.
