Our wine and sangria is made by hand in small batches, in a converted barn looking out over the hills
of beautiful Fly Creek Valley.​ We crush, press, ferment and age everything on-site,
sourcing grapes from the best growing regions throughout New York (click here to see where).

Our vineyard, buildings and grounds were designed and built by us
with wood and stones from our property and the surrounding area.​

We grow five acres of grapes - Marquette, Petite Pearl, Vignoles, Sheridan and Concord.
Each vine is planted and pruned by hand and supported with ever developing sustainable growing practices,.
These cold-hardy varietals survive to as low as -30°F and produce distinctive fruit-forward flavors.​
